Our courses for this age group ( 14-18 year olds ) correspond to the programme for the general English courses for adults, the advantage, however is that the students will be in classes with their peers. These courses are designed to help the students develop the four fundamental language skills and gain an accurate, successful and confident use of the language. Improving the students' listening and speaking skills are the main objectives of our courses, as well as strengthening the students' awareness and confidence in their own abilities and incorporating grammar studies to enrich the learning process and to complete the course. This communicative approach to study has proven to be highly successful. Our qualified, mother tongue teachers use a variety of materials suited to the interests of this age group such as song lyrics, DVDs, CD-ROMs language games, stories and materials.
Our courses are in line with the Council of Europe and help young students reach a level of A1 and A2 competence (Secondary lower), B1 (PET), B2 (FCE) competence and above (Secondary higher - CAE, CPE ) according to the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages. At the end of the course the students are able to decide whether to take the international exam certification that corresponds to their level.
