Doing business with the heart

Every year we put our values into practice: those values that gave life to Language Point. All of us are their interpreters and apply them every day.

At the heart of Language Point, there are people.

Here are the 10 values that lead the culture of Language Point and the way we treat the people we work with and those to whom we direct our services:

  • Passion. Dedication, willingness and participation are part of the way we conceive work. Passion is in our DNA.
  • Centrality of the person. People are our resource. Together we created our identity and together with continue to create our future.
  • Excellence. Every day we are committed to reaching and exceeding our limits, elevating our references and constantly increasing the value of everything we do.
  • Ethics and transparency. For all of our processes, we are used to adopt the highest ethical standards. We work with commitment and seriousness to promote and support ethically correct and transparent behaviour.
  • Focus on the student. The nature of our identity goes through focusing on the student. All of our activities are inspired by this fundamental value.
  • Creativity and innovation. Spirit of initiative and the courage to change are the driving force behind all our choices. Innovation is key to success.
  • Professionality. Preparation and competence in our daily practices and methods that for us translate into commitment and ability to collaborate with others and form social networks. Professionalism as a constant investment of time and energy, the will to learn, expand one’s horizons and continuously develop skills.
  • Responsibility. We value responsibility, as everyone of us is Language Point.
  • Multiculturalism. We can claim that we are a ‘multinational family’. We strongly wanted to grow and imagine that we could have become many and that we would speak many languages, not only to teach them but also to bring our linguistic diversity to everyone.
  • Solidarity. We concretely sustain who is less fortunate: our constant commitment.

Language Point Cares

The environment is the ecosystem where we move to create our future.

At Language Point we care about everything that concerns environmental sustainability and, as a Training Centre of excellence, we are extremely responsible towards our students to whom we transmit that sense of belonging to the environment and social context, which will guide them throughout their lives.

From this point of view, we design educational paths and unique experiences aimed at accompanying young people, and all our customers, to become aware of the importance of the environmental issue, increasing their desire to take care of shared space: from the attention to street furniture to the interest in the small, big things that surround us.
